I stayed at River View for a few days and it was perfect for my needs. The location was excellent, right by the railway station and town centre. The flat itself was spacious and had all the facilities I needed. Plus, the view over the harbour was simply stunning. The nearby pub with craft beer was a great stop on the way to the centre. a comfortable and convenient stay.
Would recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel was perfect, close to the main town area and right near the harbour. We enjoyed being able to easily walk to the town centre and explore the local pubs, restaurants, and attractions. the apartment itself was modern and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. the view of the harbour and Abbey from the dining table was a delightful bonus.
One minor inconvenience was the occasional issue with the communal staircase lights going out. this is a small matter that can be easily overlooked considering the overall positive experience at the hotel.

Cozy bed with fluffy feather pillows made for a good night's sleep. Having a kitchen was a money-saver as I could cook instead of dining out. 🍳

We loved the central location of this apartment, making it easy for us to walk to restaurants, cafes, and bars in Skinner Street. the cinder track walk to Robin Hood's Bay, protected by trees, was a great experience. the apartment had excellent facilities and plenty of kitchen equipment for cooking our own meals. the friendly and helpful locals made our first time visit to the town enjoyable. the complimentary tea, coffee, milk, and biscuits were a delightful touch. we had a comfortable stay and enjoyed the beautiful views of the harbour and Abbey.
We felt right at home during our stay at River View, and the staff were always ready to assist us.

We had a fantastic stay at River View! The apartment was spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and had beautiful views of the abbey and river. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The staff were friendly and quick to resolve any issues we had.
Menu for breakfast could have had more options.
